1. Make sure to configure the MIDI settings as described in the user manual.
2. Please check your MIDI cable and audio interface - more often than not the issues are due to cables.
3. If adapters are necessary (MIDI TRS) - are you using the included type-B adapter? These are visually indistinguishable - the difference is in the tip/ring/sleeve configuration (more information here) and all our products that use TRS MIDI have type B.
3.Please try connecting a different MIDI master or slave device if all other configuration or cable issues have been ruled out.
4. Make sure the device you are connecting to actually supports the MIDI function you are trying to achieve.

How do I set up the LXR-02 to work in MIDI slave mode?
To set the LXR-02 to MIDI slave mode, press SHIFT + CONFIG on the device. Press the 1st step button to access the BPM setting - using the encoder, turn it all the way down until you see MID - the LXR will now receive any incoming MIDI clock signals.
